I had an account with Foschini and I was paying my monthly instalments, until my partner lost his job and I was unable to make payment and my account was handed over to the attorneys. And I make an arrangement with the attorneys to debit my account every month.. To my surprised when I ask for settlement quotation and the amount has not gone down from the time it was hands over and have been paying for over six months..

How come the amount has not gone down? I am willing to settle my account but the amount is not unreasonable..how come there’s also an interest added while I was making payments every month?
