<p>I had an account, failed to pay due to unemploymebt, 5 years later, that is sonetime last week I received a call to contact mbd attorneys regarding my outstanding balance of R6, 000 with foschini, I returned a call and spoke to a n extremely rude girl by the name of lerato who threatened to take me to court, I dropped the call as it was leadi g nowhere, then I called again spoke to anotge lady, I asked for a statement reflecting the amount I owe to be emailed to me, still waiting for it and once again why is this debt not processed and my name still on ITC after 5 years, I did not choose to be unemployed and never planned not to pay. My name is listed, my life is on hold and I cant get credit anywhere, what kind of business is foschini running, please investigate my credit beareau issues</p>
