I have an acc with Foschini I payed up my balance after I claimed for an insurance on my ****** watch which I never got assisted on.To my surprise when I bought cosmetics to the value of R100 my balance reflected a balance of R1100 when I enquire I was told that I subscribed to magazines from the month of March which I never did.I called TFG headoffice 2 months ago I was told that the matter has been sent to ***** dept I have been waiting since. I then went to Clearwater I spoke to Queen she told me to wait as I am not the only person who experience such problem.I have then decided to lodge a complain through the Ombuds man on the 18 /09/18 been waiting till today.Im receiving calls from TFG that my acc would be handed over so I want to know who must pay for this as the I never received them and I never subscribe to any of them even my address has changed so someone decided to go into my account without my concern.Now this account is reflecting on the credit beurea that Im owing Foschin it seriously messing my credit status for something ive never purchased.Im not HAPPY ABOUT TFG SERVICE AT ALL?
