This is the email u sent this Ryan guy and the below is still showing on my account as arrears i am deeply disappointed by you and the company you work for, <br> <br> <br> <br> i have been struggling since 25 june 2015 to get my money back from you guys, i have called you on more than 50 occasion, <br> <br> you never call me back, you never email me back, you just dont care that i am a customer and have been treated badly by this company, <br> <br> your agent made the mistake, and u not even regarding this as something serious, we are now 4 months down the line and still no results, <br> you have all my documents and contact number but you just dont make the effort to even call me back to give me an update, as to when my money will be paid out, <br> <br> you have advised me on a call already that this arrears amount and mistake from your side has been taken off my account, but none of that happened i getting emails stating my account is in arrears and this is affecting my life and things i would like to do<br> <br> <br> you have left me with no choice but to take this further to the NCR,<br> <br> i will also be taking legal action with this matter because i have been nothing but fair for the longest time now, and i have still not seen any
