Foshnini Agent Mrs. Damn Boysens useless

I am disgusted in the Service I received from a dam n lady that call herself Mrs. Booysen when speaking to a a client and not being able to assist me. Since when does a ****en call agent use surnames with me. This is a ****en disgrace I wont lie. Also I wanted was an installment due amount on my mother's acount who hasn't received any information this month on installment due. My mother is stuck in another province and can't get back until the 14 days of level 4 lockdown.Is this such a crime just to find out what's the payment due this month for June so I can make the damn payment.
