Foshini - WHAT A DISGRACE!

I bought an espresso coffee machine from Foschini on Black Friday but decided to take it back. I bought it for just over Eight Thousand Rand After returning it they did not adjust my monthly payment back to what it was before I bought the machine - I refused to pay the higher instalment for a machine I did not have anymore. For months now I had been harassed morning noon and night and to no avail that I told them to "fix" my account. Per chance one day the person that was calling me again for my "outstanding amount" realised what I was saying was making sense. Long story short they had to "fix" my account and I asked them to send me a letter apologising for putting me on ITC when it was THEM that was wrong. I WAS OUTRAGED AT THIS. WHY CAN ONE NOT BE PUT THROUGH TO A MANAGER WHEN THE LOWLING CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHAT IS GOING ON???!!!!! now innocent good clients are incorrectly put on ITC and are being penalised by other institutions because of it and Foschini and other creditors just carry on with their business as they have not had any damages occurring to them or their name/credit record had not been defamed. Sis on you Foschini [the same happened with Truworths and Miladys but with them in the end I just closed my account could not stand the incompetence anymore - I guess they are all using the same **** accounting system
