Foshini / Total Sports.

I have just found out that I have been listed as a bad-payer on ITC, why? Because totalsports issued me, without my consent, a magazine that I never wanted, and in actual fact, never received. I was advised in NOVEMBER 2020 that I was owing R270-00, because of said magazine. I grudgingly paid this over, as I knew I would be listed with the ITC if I did not. I erroneously used the Foschini account number, which by the way, is linked, by way of my identity number. FOSCHINI kept the R270-00 as a credit, and did not pass it over to the totalsports account, as tey should have, so now I am in excess of R800 overpaid on my Foschini account, and listed as bad debt on my totalsports account. After trying to sort this out, in vain, today I tried again. I was advised by RENE at FOSCHINI that she could see the R270-00 payment, but without proof of payment from my bankers, they would not be able to grant refund. What a dogshow!! SIS ON YOU TFG
