FOSHINI TAKING MONEY FROM CLIENTS

Hi you guys only returned one item when 2 items were supposed to be returned theres supposed to be R200 returned to my account, not only R99 I never received the order youll only returning one item why is this did yiu guys deliver item to someone else am i paying for someone else that got the item???? Why are you guys doing this its been over a month now that this is not resolved, i think i need to close this account this is very unfair of you guys to actually take R100 from me and i never received any online orders from you guys, your guys that pack in the item pack in the wrong item deliver wrong item to wrong place then you rob your clients like this
