Foshini *****ing from clients

A month has passed, still no correct order, still no refund back to my foshini account.. Still no contact with foshini. Now i must continue paying a account where items were delivered to someone else and nobody is bothering to fix the issue very disappointed in foshini /relay store the incorrect items are supposed to be fetched from southgates relay store and need to be returned, youll need to trace where youll got my order delivered to and fix it , and return R99 x 2 to my account why don't u ppl see the incorrect address was placed on the forms for my order, and investigate all im asking is for this error to be fixed,
