Foshini Southgate mall

I got the best customer service at Foshini Southgate mall. On Sunday I visited Foshini Southgate mall because someone told me there was a sale, get two jeans for R199. I got there and I realized that person was wrong it was R199 for one jean. One of the shop assistants probably noticed I was surprised. She asked if she could help, I explained to her that I heard there was two jeans for R199. She nicely explained that there was no such a thing, I should check the other side because there are jeans on sale. When I got on the other side, there was yet another helpful shop assistant. When I was busy picking jeans, she took them and went to check prices for me. By the time I went to the till, I knew already the price of what I was going to buy. Imagine if Foshini didn't have helpful shop assistants, I would have got to the till and had to return some of the jeans.
