Foshini Mall at Carnival

I was waiting outside the change rooms wanting to try on some items. I was completely ignored by the staff even though they could see me waiting outside the change rooms. Clearly one can’t simply walk in without an item count and I respectfully did that. The tills are right next to the change rooms and i was looked at and ignored. I really don’t understand the lack of assistance.
