Foshini lacks compassion

COVID-19, a swear word for most, of that I am very certain and definitely to businesses that have granted their customers credit limits for their instore purchases. Foshini being one of the many. TFG has been one of my favourite chain of stores to purchase from. It is unfortunate that COVID-19 pandemic struck and that myself and many other people find ourselves without an income. I work in inbound tourism. So, my chances of returning to my company anytime soon are slim to nothing. I was retrenched at the end of March. I cannot pay any of my debts at present. Many have provided "debt relief holiday". NOT Foshini. No. I was told by one of their financial consultants that TFG won't be offering any debt relief. No sir! You pay your account whether you have money or not and we(Foshini) will surely call you at least 3 to 4 times a week to harass you, no matter how much you explain that your company cannot provide any income for you, at present. Well TFG, the time will come when I will be earning again and I will pay off monies owed to my creditors. And yes, I will pay you off in full and then I will cut up my store card and not purchase from any TFG store again. There are many fish in the water. Yours I choose not to feed again.
