Foshini is a **** ..

Hi .. I opened an account with Fishini in 2009 , and in 2012 i lost my job and unfortunately i couldn't afford to pay . So i stopped paying , i think around 2014 they stopped calling me . fast forward now recently i took a rewards cards from the fix and i buy clothe from Foshini but cash 2024 people started calling me saying i owe Foshini . I just told them i don't owe Foshini like i declined everything after some few weeks they sms me telling me not to forget to pay my Foshini account. Month end they went to my bank and made a debit order which i never approved. I am not happy i am now asking myself they left me for 11 years n after they just want to claim their debts , even go in to my bank without me approving and giving them ...anyone with the same issue please how do we fix this ..
