foshini insurance bad service
<p>I walked into the foshini store weeks back to fill in a claim for my cellphone insurance as it was ****** a lady by the name of neo assisted me with attitude then eventually left the store after she promise to give feedback nothing I heard from her a week down the line I go back to the store I speak to Aron he promise to give me feedback till today nothing I heard about the insurance finrite I'm so dissapointed and disgusted with the service I thought the consultant in customer service advised me with turn around time of 24 to 72 hours working hours I have been waiting for 3 weeks yooo finrite and foshini I will never ever in my life recommend or buy a cellphone with u, it is just a pain and hustle just to get feedback if a claim to be process,tell me if it approved or not.</p>
Iwas in foshini in elloff street got assistance by Thando a gentleman as I asked him to call foshini Westgate he did and I spoke to Sifiso Sithole Mr attitude with no respect ever after I asked him to send Thando the claims document he refused until he agreed to do so. So do so advised me to complain to finrite.... like Westgate malls it horrible the foshini there is a disaster,never in my life I felt so disgusted
