Foshini humiliation

Today I went into the foshini shop AGAIN to find out what's happening with my application. I have been trying to apply for my account since beginning September. I have been sent numerous sms's saying my account has been provisionally approved, they just requested the latest bank statement for income. Which I provided. Then they could read it after it was sent from their store directly as well as from myself continuously via email and what's app. After a whole month I was In formed via sms this week that it is once again provisionally approved. They just needed this month's bank statement confirming salary. I resent that for them earlier this week. This morning I was at the store again they called the account dept and was told my salary doesn't reflect on the same day for September and October. Then I now call customer care and I was told I was declined due to credit scoring. They admitted I was approved last month but the system NOW declines me. This is a joke. This is the only store that carries items I am interested in. I was told the store can't trust me as yet cause I'm still a new client to the credit bureau. Is this a joke????? I own a successful business and this week just purchased a vehicle but foshini can't trust me. I feel humiliated, I was give the run around for a month and then a decline with three different stories. I would absolutely NOT recommend. I will continue with my Christmas shopping with cash else where. Disgusted!!!!!!!!!
