Foshini has enough customers, they don't need you

I app**** for an account 6 weeks ago, sent my proof of income twice thereafter and have still not received a reply. Clearly you can't be bothered to get new customers. The local store was absolutely useless in assisting me, complaining about the system and apparently unconcerned that sales are impacted by your inefficiency and unprofessionalism.
