Foshini group is nonsense I'm closing it after paying

I'm so angry I opened an account at foshini second week of December I only started using it towards the 24th. The lady at campus Square I asked her why it's 12 months I don't want to be charged interest she said OK we must call the call center I said OK she said she's busy OK I left. Now I'm called at work to say my account is on errors I didnt pay so was I supposed to pay after a week using this account not this month? And where do u get the right to call my manager and not my number directly this is not my first account bt I'm treated like a ***** running away from paying I asked the lady why don't u call me on my fon she said it's not her it's the machine. First of all there's no statement issued to me saying I how much I owe. Another thing how do I even know this is *****. I will close this account and want nothing to do with this nonsense.
