Foshini Group Empty promises

Dont be conned by these black friday sales at TFG!!!!! One really unhappy customer!!! Bought a pair of shoes on Monday 26th November 2018 online. The order was placed and received, my money was taken off my account. I get an email saying how I need to be excited about receiving my order. Two days later, I get a cancellation email with no explanation! I phone a consultant only to be told that the shoes had been oversold! TFG do however have the same shoe, in the same size, just a different colour, but wont give it to me at the same price that I paid on Monday. They now want to charge me double the amount and to add insult to injury, they will only give me my money back in 5-10 working days. What a joke. Why let my order go through the process, take my money and not offer me the same shoe in a different colour, at the same price. Disgusting. One really, very annoyed, insulted, no longer customer! Not that TFG cares!!!
