Foshini Group (Donna Claire) Collections - Complaint

<p>I would like to voice my displeasure with a lady from your collections department who contacted me wrt my account being in the arrears.</p> <p>It was not the fact that she had to call me to inform me that I was behind on my payments, however it was the fact that her tone was totally condicending, she was rude in the sense she told me that “due to the fact that I was behind on my payments, it was my duty to write down the email address of the Foshini Group and contact them”. When I abbreviated the TGF name she had the cheek to inform me that I should get the abbreviation right and currently had it wrong.</p> <p>Unfortunately, I did not get her name, but do know that the call are supposed to be recorded. I am upset with the totally unprofessionalism of the lady I had to deal with, she showed absolute contempt towards my situation and even after I explained my situation, she continued to have attitude with me.</p> <p>Instead of attempting to assist me with the situation, she just made me more angry. I suspect this lady, actually child is an absolutely bad and unprofessional person to have at collections representing the Foshini Group and all the whole situation did was to make me think twice about ever referring anyone to them.</p> <p> </p>
