Foshini Greenstone !!!

I was at Foshini Greenstone. I was very disappointed by the service I had received. I went there to return an item I had bought and when I got there I was not attended immediately as the ladies by the till were talking a lot.

I finally got assisted, the lady assisted me moved while still busy with me and went to have a chat with her friend and only to go to her manager to get authorisation.

She then came only to wait again for the manager to authorise while they have a whole chit chat that is firstly inappropriate to have while there are customers waiting!!!

The management and staff in greenstone have zilch customer service!!
