Foshini Funeral Claims unresolved issue

I am dissatisfied with the service of foshini's funeral claim , the way they handle the payouts.There was a funeral claim due for myself and my brother. I filled in all the necessary paper work , sent in my banking details and everything. Yet all the money was paid out into his account. Till this day I am waiting for Foshini to fix there mistake.
