FOSHINI CRESTA -TFG GROUP

Upon collecting my order at the Foshini in cresta shopping mall. The lady at the til out right refused to give me my order saying that I need my ID with me to collect. We are living in 2021. . Technology and numerous SMS's from the TFG GROUP telling me to fetch my order should be identification enough. Most people do not carry around their IDs. You guys shouldn't be making it so hard for people to collect their goods that they paid for. The lady at the teller was absolutely rude to me after hearing that I don't have my ID with me but had all document and proof of order instead. She made me feel like I'm trying to rob myself off my clothing that I paid for.

Please stop acting like home affairs and just give customers good service. And come up with better processes. After this incident . I will be closing my account with you guys. ?
