Foshini and unauthorised rugby magazines

Hi my name is Lebogang Petersen I'd ********** 479085 I have a foshini store account, I called foshini on the 12th December 2018 waiting an outstanding balance on my account so that I can pay it off I was told that the balance is R6070 so i paid that amount the very same day , the following day I sent them proof of payment to request them to close the account, they responded that I still owe R150 something which was for the magazine egivh I have never requested or authorized anyone to send me the rugby magazine, all this time they have been adding some money on my account for the stupid magazine which o never requested I need this matter to be resolved and this account be closed because I dont owe them anything, and be reimbursed the money's that was included all this time for the magazine, this matter must be sorted out before I resort to social media and legal advice.
