Foshini and Estee Lauder staff caring for distressed shoppers

<p>Went to Foshini at Gateway Mall in Umhlanga, Felt very upset and distressed as my luggage was ****** from my vehicle the previous night whist shopping at the mall. Tried to go back to buy some essentials from the mall after discuvering that everything was gone and I was completly stranded and on a business trip. As a women we cary our essential make in our luggage and as I am a devoted Estee Lauder customer needed to replace wat I lost. Went to Stuttofords and found that nobody was on duty and the person trying to help was not going to be able to assist as they could not be bothered. So I had to go back in the morning to try somewhere else. Foshini to the rescue..... The ladies were so helpfull and understanding towards my situation as I had to start buying everything from scratch and had a very limited budget as I needed to replace so many items. They help with giving me some samples and a free make up bag which I appreciated so much as the mall had indicted that they clearly don't care about their shoppers being victms of crime on their watch. So thank you to the two ladies on duty that made me feel a slight bit less traumatized.</p>
