Foshchini makes online promises to get back to you but NEVER DOES. Lip serices is their biggest product line!
On the 21st November in response to a complaint I got the following message from Foschini!"Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Your query needs to be investigated by our Online department and they will contact you directly with the outcome. Kindly note that this may take up to two working days and your patience will be greatly appreciated." I am still waiting for a response more than 10 days later! This message was after an earlier complaint in which received the same automated response without any follow up action. This organization lies about follow up and couldn't care a damn about long standing customers being unhappy and takin the trouble to try and report an issue to the company. Luckily I am not a shareholder but If I was I would be positively embarrassed!
