The most impossible place to have an account. Account must be paid by the 01st of each month. Try paying a few days later.. They constantly nag although you are not in arrears.. Receive horrible messsges: Your account will be put on hold, you will be negatively impacted on your credit rating. I cannot wait to close my Foschini or TFG account. I rather buy elsewhere than support a company that can treat customers in this way. All other clothing account stores allow payment by the 07th. If you are a few days late at other stores, a thoughtfully worded message that you can make payment the following month. My accounts are promptly paid but I ensure that Foschini /TFG is paid last.
