Foschini: What Customer Service?

If I could rate zero stars I would. I am disgusted with Foschini’s absolute lack in customer service. It has been 4 months and my voucher error has STILL not been resolved. I have told my story 20 times and each time I am cross examined asif I am lying. Absolutely pathetic.
