Foschini Westville Pavillion

I brought a cellphone device at Foschini Westville Pavillion and I was assisted by a lady called Londiwe before buying the cellphone I asked the lady if the device had two sim card slot and she answered YES I then proceed with the purchase. When I got home I noticed that the phone has got one sim card slot and one memory card slot. Took the phone back to the store the following day. I was assisted by another lady and told me that, it's usually two slots but I have to sacrifice memory card if I wanna have two sim card. I was shocked because the first lady which is Londiwe never told me about sacrificing sim card and memory card thing if she told me that I would no have brought that cellphone, they called their store manager (assuming) an Indian lady who told me that, they can not take it back because its was already opened and I was not forced to buy the phone. I have logged a complaint on Foschini but my matter is not yet resolved. Kindly assist 🙏
