I lost my wallet, with my ID and my cards, frustrated I go to foschini to replace the card with my license coz it's the only form of identification that I have and I was told they can only use identity document coz they have to scan!!!!! Foschini group doest know how to do things manually but edgars replaced my card with the same licence with no hassles!!! The manager lady that assisted me ddnt even bother asking me for my ID no to block the card atleast so that my credit is safe!!!! Why would you put customers under so much stress!!! Foschini west street durban thank you!!!! I will never buy ever again from u!!!! The insensitivity, the care!!! The solve is the most important element that u have to use when dealing with the customers. We have smart id's that are bound to be in the wallets so if I loose it and I have other means to identify myself I Even had a copy of my id with my licence u still can't help so tell me why do I need to have an account with u ?
