FOSCHINI USES CLIENT DETAILS FROM THEIR ACCOUNT TO OPEN A MTN CONTRACT WITHOUT APPROVAL

<p>On the 26th July 2017 I posted the following:</p> <p>"Foschini has now on more than one occasion changed the mobile network of an elderly lady without her consent from Vodacom to MTN. Her Vodacom account was changed to MTN resulting in her sole Vodacom phone number not to work. This number is critical since it is not only connected to her home security system but it also used in case of emergencies and the only contact through to her family. This is a real concern how Foschini is able to do this without the consent of the individual. It appears that Foschini has opened up a contract which will cost this elderly lady no less than R110 per month!!!!!! This is a pensioner who will not be able to afford this. How is this done without RICA involvement and how are Vodacom and MTN able to allow such matters to occur. This needs to be investigated, sorted and reversed today! I tried to resolve this matter within the Woodlands Foschini branch yesterday and received POOR service with a smug grin from the Store Manager whose name is Steyn Mangoele. This is unacceptable and I wonder how many other elderly poor people Foschini have been *****ing from."</p> <p> </p> <p>Today, 28/07/2017 no one from Foschini has bothered to contact me regarding this matter. This is after they first promised that someone will contact me within two days... They then promised that matter will be escalated....Both MTN and Vodacom attempted to communicate and get Foschini to sort this out and reverse their actions, but it appears that Foschini has not been cooperative with either MTN or Vodacom. There is no star rating available for how bad Foschini's service is.</p>
