FOSCHINI UNHELPFUL SERVICE SANDTON CITY

Foschini Sandton City. I brought goods back without a slip... had no time to shop for replacement... staff refused to give me a gift voucher or credit to spend later. I returned again after a week, still couldn't find anything suitable to buy right away - asked again to give me a gift voucher to spend at my leisure - they refused. Only after ranting and a lot of wasted time did a manager listen to my request, was helped me very reluctantly together with stern warnings not to do this again !!!! You wont be seeing me again Foschini - you dont value your customers.
