Foschini unexpected behaviour, bad service ever as if you guys doing me a favor, I need you to cal me as urgently

I’ve requested a voucher last year December 2022 that must be sent to My daughter the amount of R600, however ,she only used R300 if I’m correct but the remaining balance that supposed to be sent via sms she never received it till now

I’ve never experienced this kind of behaviour for- re big company .it’s so unprofessional , I’ve been going to the store back and forth for reporting this matter but I’ve never get any solution till . And I want my remaining balance of my money , cause you too quick to cal when I’m missing the payment but for resolving my query it took forever , contact me as ASAP
