Foschini uitenhage

Yersteday 30 July 2020, I bought make-up at foschini at 16:06 I paid with the EFT then after I'm done the cashier the tells me I need to pay the same amount cash because on the side it say that the money didn't go through, and then I did after she said if I want my cash back I have to come back with a bank statement and there way she gave me an attitude she was sure that there payment on my bank account didn't go through, when I came back with the bank statement that showed that the payment did go through they didn't want to give me back my money instead they took my phone number and said they will give it to me back after they've done their investigation... My question to them was if I didn't have extra cash how was I going to go home they really did inconvenience me
