Foschini to fix the info on ITC

I have an issue with foschini i have paid up my account and got my paid up letters but when I check with my credit score this account state as active and it's affecting my credit it shows as if i didn't pay up my credit cards at all can this be cleared as soon as possible because it show as if i didn't settle the account.
