Foschini The Grove Shopping Centre terrible shopping experience!

Customer service at this branch is appauling. I waited in the queue to pay for 30 minutes despite being next in line because the cashier allowed the customer who was at the till point at the time to go back into the store to choose an item. When I asked if another cashier could be called to assist me I was ignored. I was met with attitude and arrogance by the cashiers. The store was not busy at all and if would have been easily possible for another staff member to assist. The Foschini Group is a good company but rather choose another store not The Grove in Pretoria. I would rate the service, attitude and friendliness of the staff a -0.
