Foschini Thavhani offers extremely bad service

I went to Foschini at Thavhani mall to return a 2 piece I had recently bought. At first when I got to the till the lady complained that she didn't have the cash to give me after I told her that I was not happy with the quality of the clothes after just one wash. I was sent away & told they won't help me. I called the customer care & complained about my experience, I discovered they closed my complain with the following reference

They closed it without my knowledge. I am extremely unhappy with the service from Foschini & I am being forced to now keep these items I don't like.

I also felt discriminated as I was standing there waiting to be assisted, they chose to assist someone else of the same tribe as them & not me. She had come in the store with the same issue, found me there but they chose to ignore my matter & help her!
