Foschini (TFG) taking too long to deliver ORDER NUMBER - P***

I placed an online order on the 4th of August and till today I haven't received my order. I called the support desk 3 days in a row and they all tell me the same story that my order is with the courier and they can't get a hold of the courier which I believe is very unprofessional. They also mentioned that they've escalated my query but however no one has contacted me thus far with the escalation, I haven't received feedback in 3 days, how possible can an escalation take so long to get feedback over items that were supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago. I'm very furious and can you kindly assist me on getting my items or get a refund. My ORDER NUMBER - P***.
