Foschini group - can you stop harassing me for payment after I've been loyal and paying since I opened my account?

Now I'm being told I have missed payments and being called religiously everyday twice a day for either a ****ing magazine which I always say no to or my damn account being in arrears.

I have and always made payment and this makes me feel like I shouldn't even be supporting your ****ing expensive shop.

I am fed up with the incompetence on your side.

I have proof of someone saying my payment is received and now I'm being told that my account is in arrears and I need to make double payments???? Get your story straight. It seems to me your call centre is ****ing clueless and doing their own **** messing with innocent peoples credit record.

Sort this out soon. Please. So we can both be out of each others hair ???
