Foschini terrible customer service

Foschini (TFG) has an eft payment facility. In September I made a payment which was received and in fact got a small credit for using the eft. On October 25, I made a another payment of R1180. To date despite forwarding the proof of payment to several supervisors, I am being harassed for the payment. At 7 this morning I got a call from a rude consultant threatening to hand me over. He has upset me very much. Customer service at Foschini is pathetic. How is it possible that you must be threatened by imbeciles like this when you have been a faithful customer for over 20 years? I have proof of payment and Foschini threatens me! They have just lost a customer.
