Foschini / Telkom 1023

<p>To whom it may be concern</p> <p>It has been 7 years that we have been receiving phone calls on behalf of Foschini on our landline number ( ********** 020) and we get about 7- 10 calls starting early morning ( 7:30 am ) to evening ( 21:00pm).</p> <p>We have informed Vangate Mall Foschini’s Supervisors, Managers several times and nothing was done about it.</p> <p>When asking callers where they enquired the number from, they would state Telkom 1023.</p> <p>Verbal abuse is encountered after informing that it is a residential number.</p> <p>This has created a great discomfort in enjoying a personal Telkom number for private use, but we endured unnecessary abuse of Foschini’s business.</p> <p>Hoping this matter gets urgent attention to avoid any further abuse from Foschini’s clients .</p>
