Am not happy about the service of exact store .. their cell phones insurance company..I went thr to claimed the cellphone I lost..since 07 January 2021 The store manager was rude I submit the documents on contract copy...On Tuesday i went to check cause I never received anything from them..only to find out that The store manager never emailed my documents..one of the staff member dd send my documents on 11 January 2021 till today I don't know what's going on...Am stress I paid my account but the service that i get was very poor..I need help from Hello Peter
