Foschini staff unreliable, unfriendly, rude not professional!

I went to Foschini at Westgate and asked the lady if it's possible to open an account via email? Rudely she answered you can email and gave me the application. I've asked her if there is supporting documents that they need which she rep****, yes just read the application. I've completed the application with ALL the supporting documentation needed, send it but had no reply for 4 days. I've contacted the Foschini group to follow up which i was told you cant do it like that you need to submit it via a Foschini branch. I took the application and gave it to a lady who told me : just put it there i will check it i am busy now. It's two weeks later with phone calls to the Foschini group every day to follow up on my application. If contact them they are unhelpful, unfriendly and I can hear they don't want to assist me. I was so upset and just let the whole process. I can not believe that this is the way you get treated. Nobody emailed me back to advise me to please submit via the branch or informing me about the process of my application. I've decided to give it one more go to see if i can get the account, called the call center which I've asked a lady to please put me through to the Manager instead she put me through to voicemail. Again no care in the world what the problem is just pass the bucket!
