Foschini Staff Tell Me to "Suka Wena"

Hi, I just went to Foschini in Cleary Park to pay my Wife's clothing account and had the worst experience with a staff member at that business.

First let me explain: In Cleary Park during the Lockdown the Rules of the Center stated: That anyone working inside Cleary Park Shopping Center are suppose to move directly to the front of the Que, as they are on lunch.

I came in at Foschini, Stood in the line for at least 60 sec while the cashier was having a talk with a customer about a phone. I asked him nicely : Am I not suppose to be helped since I work in the Center, He Said ,"She will come help you now".

"She" who was standing at the door not helping anyone ask what's going on and I explained to her wat was being told to everyone who works inside Cleary park. and she says they don't do that and so did the manager. So the lady "She" said " im not going to help you, gah, suka wena"

what gave her the right to tell me in her native language to Go Away? Where TF is the respect for customers?
