Foschini staff have no manners or customer service

Went shopping at the makeup section in Foschini and paid for my items purchased on my account, while the staff member packed up my goods into a bag. When I got home, I noticed that my Concealer of R205 was missing from the packet but I had paid for it so I phoned the store on Thursday evening with no answer so I tried the following morning and the manager had to check in with the lady that rung up my goods (like I was lying about what was missing from my packet). She said that the staff member was aware of it but I had received no call to let me know that I had forgotten my concealer. So if I had not phoned in to find out if my concealer was maybe left at the counter, no one would have phoned me to let me know that it was forgotten at the till. When I went to collect it on Sunday, the manager did not even look at me as she handed me my concealer without any apology or no remorse at all. Completely disgusted with the staff in this store and it is not the first time I have problems at this store.
