Foschini Sportscene Forensic department is useless

I was in a prossess of vehicle financing application the banks picked up that I missed payments on something.It then came to my attention after I checked my credit report that I missed payments for past 5 months for Foschini Sportscene. I inquired to Foschini Sportscene and they informed me that an account was opened on my name at Foschini Sportscene . I did all they asked me to do opened a casedocket, an affidavit and I filled the dispute form and the store sent it their Forensic. The Forensic department is very useless I have been trying to get a Confirmation letter from them they come with different stories or they leave me hanging on the line and throwing me back and forth. This is secondary victimization, now my life is stuck because they failed to verify the documents which were produced to them.
