Foschini selling qualityless items.

I previously bought a white dress from this foschini and gold wedge wore the wedge twice and it got torned while i was in a function how embarrassing and i had misplaced my reciept luckily they managed to change it for me without the receipt but now am stuck with a torn dress that i have only worn twice i think if i pay a ridiculous price for something it should atleast be quality not something I'd wear twice and have no use for it anymore.
