FOSCHINI SELLING **** PERFUMES

I bought a 200ml Dolce & Gabbana light blue perfume on the 23rd of November 2023 from the Greenacres store. I used it for about 3days and can't seem to smell it on myself and even the people around me cannot smell it as the smell of the fragrance disappears within minutes. I took the bottle back to the store and Lindsay did not seem to understand my dissatisfaction and kept telling me that she could smell it. After the back forth convo she told me that they usually send it to the suppliers/manufacturer for quality check .She then said she is phoning a "Rep" but she didn't seem to hear the "Rep" and after that she went to the floor to do the quality check with the other ladies and came back saying the others can all smell it and I kept telling her that I wouldn't pay that much money and bring it back if I (the customer) could smell it and I asked her how are they planning to assist me as an unsatisfied client and what happened to the quality check by the supplier/manufacture. She just laughed in my face and did not seem to care I asked why she was laughing and if she was going to do anything about the issue she told me the Rep said she must test it against a tester bottle after she had first told me that she could not hear the Rep she was still laughing and I got more frustrated, collected my stuff and left. I also took the Rep name (Jocelyn) I want a refund.
