Foschini ****s you

I opened an account with Foschini years ago however at a point I was unemployed, I did let them know but still they continued to bill me and they put me on ITC as a bad payer. Even when I would make arrangements with them and try to pay the money I had at that time they still charge exorbitant interest fees, how are you supposed to keep up with them if you are unemployed. They are such a bad company
