Foschini **** charges: Call fee, sms charge, Coll letter in one months!!!!

Good day

I am not happy with your charges, how do you Call, email, and sms and each of those charged at 20 rand each and I only answered 1 call, how do you charge me for calls i never answered, if you follow up by call why then do you follow all the other ones, this all happened in same month resulting to 90 rand of call fees email, sms charge on top of that interest of 34 rand on 1500 balance????. I complained about this last time and you reversed all other charges and left 1 call fee, why should we always fight with you guys?? I will only accept one channel of charge, you cant charge me for collection letters which i never receive, sms & call fees, only one thing is enough.
