FOSCHINI SANDTON CITY - SERVICE DISGUSTING

Foschini Sandton City - Service sucks. I took back a cellphone which I bought at Fourways Mall (service also stinks here - I was given a wrong phone). When taking this back to Sandton - the guy at the till (Morningstar) was so rude - when I greeted - he was busy laughing/chatting with other staff. And I told him the phone works with Vodacom. Is there a way I can get another phone. He said no, I can only get a phone that costs more that R1,0000.00 - who does he think he is? Is this what Foschini has come to. There was a phone in the locker which was about R500.00. So their stupid staff are now dictating to clients. Clients that pay their salary. DISGUSTED
